The Undine Bay Boat Harbour

The Boat Harbour provides safe mooring for yachts and launches up to 25m long. It is situated in a sheltered bay excavated inside the foreshore and is protected from the prevailing south east trade winds. It has been designed and built as a "cyclone hole" - a safe place to leave your vessel over the cyclone season.

The entrance channel is approximately 200m long. It has a navigatible depth of 3m at mean low tide and the Boat Harbour basin has a depth of 4.5m at mean low tide.

The main boat harbour can accommodate permanent mooring for 26 vessels up to 25 metres in length moored stern to.

Each foreshore lot owner (lots 1 - 13) has an option to buy an allocated space for a vessel in the boat harbour at earlybird prices starting from VUV3,200,000 (approximately AUD40,000).

When options have been taken up on 50% of the berth spaces, the balance will be put on the market for sale by tender or private treaty. Undine Bay Marina Estates will accept expressions of interest from purchasers wanting to secure their own space in the Boat Harbour.

The surrounding waters of Undine Bay offer exceptional cruising and it is a gateway to numerous islands extending north through the archipelago - including Epi, the Maskelynes, Malakula, Ambryn, Espirito Santo and many other famous cruising destinations including the Torres Banks Islands.
